Hook, line and sinker.
oh dear, ah well, always catch one.
Latest report from the banks of the mighty River Humber.
Snow cleared, away coach park still dodgy underfoot, clear blue sky but still icy cold.
Everyone looking forward to a good game up here, should be a cracking atmosphere and may the best team win.

Yorkshirehornet, you must have commited a near capital crime to be sentenced to living in whiteshite land<yikes>

This is a massive game tonight for both sides and to be honest I can't really call it. Obviously i'd like a win for us but it's gonna be a close call. Hopefully it'll be a good game of football to get both sets of fans singing and creating a great atmosphere.

For all the fans travelling up here have a safe journey both ways

It has been reported that we have sold 1,000 tickets and more are travelling and paying at the ground.

Last time I was in Hull it was freezing cold, and that was in August.

This has got to be the biggest game of the season so far for both teams<yikes> So very close to call but if we are true to ourselves we MUST win this game to get any momentum for the remaining games and any chance of automatic promotion.

U'Orns

Very, very nervous<yikes>

By Car - For General Parking -- FROM THEIR WEBSITE

From the West

Approach Hull from the M62, which leads straight onto the A63.

Continue on the A63 under the Humber Bridge. The road continues into the A63 Clive Sullivan Way.

Continue along Clive Sullivan Way. Turn off onto the slip road just before the fly-over, sign-posted 'Local Traffic/Infirmary' and for KC Stadium.

At the roundabout, take the second exit "Rawling Way"

At the next main set of traffic lights (and with the Hospital in front of you), take a left turn onto A1105 Anlaby Road. Continue over the fly-over. At the foot of the fly-over, take a right turn into Walton Street.

The Walton Street car park is located just over half way down this street after the Sports Arena

Walton Street
The Walton Street fairground site provides 1100 spectator parking spaces.
It is advisable for supporters to purchase their car parking passes / tickets in advance to save time on matchdays. A limited number of spaces are available on event days priced at £5. Parking for visitors, both in coaches and in cars, is also accommodated for on this site.

West Park will be closed to vehicles on matchdays, except to disabled park users and users of the sports arena and bowling green's.

Satellite Car Parks
Spectators can use the following city centre car parks:
Pryme Street Multi-Storey
St. Stephen’s Street
Francis Street
Mason Street
Osborne Street Multi-Storey
George Street Multi-Storey

These city centre car parks are within a 10-15 minute walk from the stadium using the sign posted routes.

Additional satellite parking provision are located at:
HRI Argyle Street car park
The Boulevard Stadium
Boothferry Park
Smith & Nephew’s car park on Rawling Way
Louis Pearlman Centre car park on Goulton Street

Yes, a must-win game for us - I wonder what formation GZ will go for? I fancy three up front myself - Deeney, The Otter and Fessi. There just has to be more emphasis on outscoring Hull.....

I'm more nervous about the defence - Doyley has to start, along with Onesize and Ekstrand - the best three we have at the moment thanks to injuries. Leave Briggs on the bench for this one.....

If I were you I would avoid parking in the Walton Street car park. It is horrendous to get out of.

I always park at the Priory park and ride - the first exit off the A63 after you pass under the Humber Bridge. Turn left at the lights, then right at the second set of lights.

Safe journey

Any Watford fans travelling up.....here is the very latest from the KC Stadium.
There are queue's 100 yards long, three and four people deep stretching from the ticket office. That's was at 11.30 am, and it has been like that since 9.00am according to staff in the club shop, which was also doing brisk business.
Probably the coaches will drop you off at the ground, which has a coach park alongside the main car park, which is huge. Across the road, 5 min walk are the Brickmakers Arms and the Walton Social Club. Both let in away fans (this may change on the night depending on the police) Walton Club is excellent, cheap beer, huge bars and it serves decent grub.
You can also buy beer in the ground unlike many places we visit.
Friendly locals, one or two dodgy pubs on Anlaby Road, but the usual applies. If you are looking for it you will probably find it.
I haven't seen any trouble at the KC inside or outside the ground for several years.
Hull is a friendly place but the locals do not take any ****.

You do indeed. It's free to park, and the bus is only a couple of quid. Takes 5-10 mins to get to the ground on the bus, and there's always loads of buses waiting at full time to take you back

I would say so. But it's looking like this could be our biggest crowd of the season so far, so there may a queue for the buses at the park and ride

I wouldn't push it too much, it looks like we've sold 20,000 tickets, so it's going to be busy(the club have asked people collecting tickets from the ground to be there an hour before kick-off).
