Now that the truth behind this thread has been blown, it seems an appropriate one just to bring to everyone's attention how close this site came to being completely wiped out during last weeks cyber attack. During our walk from the pub to the ground on Saturday brb told me the amount of work he and the owner put in, not only to identify at a relatively early stage that the site was under attack, but then establish the timing that the attack started which meant that only a minimal amount of information was lost. Other sites have been completely lost as a result of such attacks, so we are very fortunate that a FREE site has such conscientious and technically skilled moderators, who are prepared to put in such a large amount of their own time for OUR pleasure (such as that is...), and whilst Mrs. brb might like to see more of him, THIS SITE NEEDS HIM. Well done, and thanks.
