After another poor performance with only Kasper Schmeichel once again coming out with any credit so there will be a number of places in the team up for grabs. Wes Morgan returns from suspension and Danny Drinkwater should have recovered from his illness to play. This is a massive game for us 1 that could save or break our season. So here is what I would play Schmeichel Moore Morgan Keane De Laet Dyer Wellens James Drinkwater Schlupp Wood Subs- Logan, Konchesky, King, Knockaert, Marshall, Waghorn, Nugent
.. I'd play Andy King and play him just behind Wood and Schlupp - for either James or Drinkwater - other than that agree entirely
I think our best chance of winning is to keep solid and hit them on the counter with Dyer and Schlupp. With the pace of De Laet and Moore getting forward thats our best option
Reality Check Alert!!! Does it really matter what team we put out!! We are not good enough and that is down to Nigel's managerial bullying style! He has upset the whole ****ing team and I hope not but I think we are passed the point of no return

We need to hang in there (though I doubt Nigel Pearson will be in charge) - will still be sweet to get into the play-off's by felling a few trees on the last day of the season ...
I dont think Nigel will be in charge for the Brighton game. We dont all of a sudden have a bad team but something isnt quite right, maybe a new man can get them going again or maybe the problems are more deep rooted then that.
I think our form in January may have papered over some cracks. We all knew we needed cover in defence and that our midfield lacked muscle. The arrival of Wood and his start in a City shirt seen us win 6 out of 7 and everything looked rosy. Maybe Nigel did plan to do more business but then changed his mind and thought everything was perfect
I still think Nigel is a very good manager but something has gone wrong. The only critism I have of him is it cant always be his way or the high way for the players. If you want to be a top manager you have to manager the big ego and sort them out. Not sell/loan them out at the first opportunity Had Matt Mills, Sol Bamba and Jermaine Beckford still be in City shirts this season maybe we would be alot higher in the table because at times we have struggled in them positions. We have not really found Wes Morgan a partner all season. Moore, St. Ledger, Whitbread and Keane have all played a done well at times but been caught lacking at others. At the start of the season we couldnt get Nugent firing and when he started Vardy stopped. And then on to Jan we only had 1 striker. Things looked rosy in Jan with Nugent and Wood both scoring but neither has scored in some time now. Kane came in to help but he has only made things worse. Had Beckford stayed and we got the best out of him who knows where we would be
Proud, I agree, I also think that Pearson has a problem managing players with big ego's, or at least one's that have an ego that competes with his, but I think you're totally wrong about Beckford who is fcuking awful, I'd rather suffer relegation to the Conference North than have a twat like that anywhere near our squad, seriously!
Yes he is a complete arse but he still knows how to score goals. He proved that with Leeds and Everton. In the 2nd half of last season he was superb in some matches but awful in others. No one knows why Matt Mills was shipped out and completely frozen out by NP. And then there is Neil Danns, he was given the number 8 shirt and used alot in the comercial department at the start of the season. His face is still on the fanstore at the King Power Stadium And out of nothing he is sent out on loan without any contact. Yes he played **** and deserved to be dropped but does that mean he should be frozen out and sent out on loan?
Knowing City, they will go and win at Brighton. If Pearson is still here this time tomorrow then he will be kept for the rest of the season. No point shipping him out with 5 games left (after Brighton)
Think mills has packed the game up..never features for bolton anymore..beckford is semi retired, sol is probably banging some muslim beaver on a beach in turkey about now.. he is well out of it far too much character for pearson to handle.. I have never been convinced by pearson, if a man who has been the best england manager for 20 years can't make a go of it here, I wonder who would?
Kasper Moore Morgan Keane Konch James Drinkwater Dyer King Knockaert Schlupp. Not working? Bring on VARDY (yes, vardy!) in a 4-4-2 for which ever of king, james of DD isnt playing best.
