I think the same Villa is now a must win and that 3pts would be enough i.e. pundits seem to think Shammers are now safe? but they have a game in hand on us.
That said mate IF we can beat Norwich brilliant. IMO It's one game at a time and VILLA and beating them is all that I care about mate. We WIN our home games against those two teams we're safe. Simple innit? Just wish Clueliss would get his arse in gear and TELL the TEAM that they can do it!

 

Potts i agree mate 2 more wins thats why we must win saturday, we could actually pick up 2 draws in them 3 away games! we will get sod all at southampton but as for qpr and sunderland there is a slight chance although i do doubt it very much.

 

I suppose my point is now our season is a 4 game season we need points from either H-villa, A, qpr, A sunderland or h to norwich. As i said at the top though i cannot see us getting any points away from home but fingers bloody crossed we do.

Either way though sorry no offence meant mate but Stats are stats... we're now in the brown stuff and the ONLY way out is to WIN a game or two!
Here's me thinking our AWAY form was the worst in the League. NEWCASTLE ??? bloody hell I'm surprised at that.

And I've thought for a while I think we all have. Simple answer is our away form is no different results wise, ( It's been CRAP since we came up) but our home form has let us down. Maybe we should bring the roof off on Saturday? Might help the player's, let's face it we may as well rather than just sit there and hope.. just saying mate.

I did the predictor more than a week ago , and it told me 14th with just 37 pts. Mostly because I saw those below us losing or drawing , and thereby just failing to catch us. But upsets can and do happen , for instance I did not 4C S'hampton beating Chelski.

 

Kosh its difficult because sides that are strugling pull off wins like that apart from us.

oldnicky i know how you feel mate but i want us to stay up the frank spencer of football management will hopefully be gone in the summer i just hope we are still a top flight side.

 

Scary though sint it. We have at best an average home record and the joint worst away record, yet the press and blind faithful seem to think that relegation is an unlikely outcome.

accept relegation just to get rid of pulis? thoughts i would not, because as wolves blackburn are proving it is difficult, lets get behind the team and get the points we need and pulis will go, i,m not saying get behind the capped twat i,m saying stick behind the team.

 

We have 4 home games and 3 away. If the stats stay true to form we will pick up 6.67 points at home and 1.69 points away, equalling a total of 8.36 points. So we will effectively be on 42 points come the end of the season. Doesnt look so bad now, except that Man U may throw the stats out abit and the fact that we play 5 x six pointers!

You are sounding a bit stressed, why don't you go and get a job that really suits your talents, maybe a traffic warden or become some jobsworth on the council, better still set up your own dictatorship in a small colony far far away!! Say somewhere near Uranus then you would have somewhere to put your head!!

 

Doubled edged sword. Even if we stayed up on goal difference I dont think Coates would make a change or more importantly TP would offer his resignation.
