Management Profiles TONY PULIS First Team Manager TONY PULIS was hailed as Stoke Cityâs greatest-ever manager by Chairman Peter Coates after masterminding a remarkable upturn in the Clubâs fortunes following his return to the Britannia Stadium for a second spell in charge. http://www.stokecityfc.com/team/management/ Get rid of the lot of them. Not one of them are worthy of the support we give them.
I`m sorry but Carl Engleman the Chef will have to find alternative employment as well. The team are not performing well enough on his recipes
I can't really believe what Peter Coates is saying tbh.. There is a saying " There is no such thing as a problem, there is always a solution if you look hard enough"
We know the solution, send the Welsh muppet packing and play the correct players in the correct positions, oh and with the correct instructions.
the thing is though with how football is today he probably is our best ever manager, he got us promoted, mid table finishes, europa, fa cup final. Can any other manager match that?, yes we won the cup years ago but imo the RESULTS Pulis has got have been far greater. I just hate the way he plays and is now coming to the end of his career at stoke methinks. On paper he is the best manager we have ever had but as fans we know better. If Cotes did say this then (and it kills me to say this) he is right. even though in my eyes we are an embarassment to the prem. I really dont understand where this hatred for Coates from some fans on here comes from TBH, Pulis needs to go, Coates has been a legend!! Pulis out!!!
dont blame the bookie, blame the people who fill thier pockets believing that they can win. Bookies get bad press but nobody is forcing you to bet.
Steady on Ricc, these are the bastards that got rid of Fuller! It sounds to me Ricc that you have had a change of mind regarding our gallant leadership!!! A conversion so to speak on The Road to Domestos
No mate I want him gone but just saying that on paper he is our most successful manager, even if he is a negative useless pratt
Ricc I agree with 99% of what you post mate but on this one i have to say Waddo mate. He won us silverware and also got us into Europe in a time when we had a limited budget. The budget was so limited that we had to sell our best players to pay for the roof blowing off the Butler Street Paddock. Pulis has only been a success because for the first time in our clubs history we have a chairman that has actually got some money. Without Coates large cheque book Pulis would not have achieved this any other way! Tony Waddington for me mucker!
