Unproven not been involved with PL for 3/4 years and is plying his trade in a not very good league. He has done well with his current club but, would he trade European footy for a relegation fight with us?
true but sometimes you need to take a risk, there is no one outstanding on the list of managers that have been mentioned and just look at Swansea and Southampton they took gambles and both look to be paying off
But why would he take the risk to his reputation if we still go down? He's building a strong local cv.
Laudrupp came in at the end of a season mate, the Southampton manager knows the owner so maybe something else there. We have 7 games to beat the drop OGS has not been involved in a relegation fight ever as player or manager that is what we need. Still don't think he'd swap Euro footy for Fizzy pop footy mind.
