I think on a very positive note it shows that Ellis Short is committed and cares enough to bare his teeth and do soemthing about our slide before it is too late. That man did not become a winner and a billionaire by being afraid to make a decision. If this is a sign that he is more determind than ever to make this work, then that could be a very good thing... I egree with what so many have said...the next manager (and I presume he has already agreed) is crucial to to the very future of our club and it will be a nervous wait. In the meantime we have to back and believe in Ellis Short and pray he gets his most important decision so far correct.
Nice idea but can`t see it happening. Please not McLaren or Hughes. The lists I`ve seen are not exactly inspiring. Need a new avatar mate?
Think everybody would be over the moon to get Moyes but the bloke is good enough for a champions league club though. I'm hoping that some managers don't start looking at the club as a bit of a poison chalice type thing, we might end up with a foreign manager who want to prove himself in England & can just go back to another league if it goes wrong. Don't think that we'll be waiting too long to find out though, reckon something might happen quickly with this.
I do dad, and a new name, i will ponder the avatar and sort it tonight when back, the odds lists are scary, dont want the wally with the brolly schteve
Don`t think anybody does. Apparently Hughes was in the frame last time. Don`t take much notice of the odds. Bookies have a habit of playing with the odds to get your money on the favourite when there`s no chance of a win. What`s Sven doing these days?
