    I'm sure The Herald spoke to their lawyers before publishing, but I don't know how they think they're going to get away with that.

    Just going from what's in the paper, the injunction his legal team lodged doesn't cover Scotland. Quite a faux pas if true.

    That's right. As the injunction was granted in an English court and the paper isn't distributed in England and the image isn't available on their website they are breaking no Scottish law.

    Haven't seen the website (seems to have gone down!) but according to an interview with the SH editor the image isn't available on the website.

    Paul McBride QC says the Herald aren't breaking the law and his word is good enough for me <ok>
