I've eaten **** today, no time for breakfast so had to buy a MacShit breakfast on the hoof and bolt it down before a meeting.

Just ate a pie for dinner and am having a wrap to go with it as am fookin' hank marvin.

As you know, I have a spell in hospital on the horizon and after that I am sorting my **** right out.

    Gym, diet, the ****ing lot.

On the +++ side, got golf tomorrow and Saturday and I plan to tear it right up.

    Cheese on toast for breakfast.

    Just fancied it.

Now for some golf, perfect conditions after yesterdays freezing cold gale winds. Looking good, will no doubt play ****.

Played yesterday. Played well other than my putting which was truly awful in epic proportions. I was taking an average of 4 putts every time. The three wood went well. As did the rescue, though I was a little wayward with the rescue.

You'll need to practice with them, it'll take a while.
I did the same with my new hybrid yesterday, sent one miles out of bounds first go. Was practice though so no worries, probably won't use it today.

    Nice.

Well tonight I am stuffing a chicken breast with Shropshire blue cheese, wrapping it in Parma ham, serving with dauphinois potatoes and runner beans.

No booze. Went to the pub yesterday after golf ended up pissed knocking back 6 pints of bankss.

sounds good. you just think of that yourself or is it someone's recipe?

I ended up doing quite a bit of work yesterday from home so didn't go out, going to make up for it tonight and tomorrow though.

Yeah I'm making it up. Not following a recipe. Will probably taste weird. As the cheese will no doubt ooze out way before the chicken is cooked.

I'm playing golf tomoro then am off out tomoro night. .

You're missing out big time mate! When you get the knack of making them they taste far better than takeaway ones. Balti is a type of curry.
