Results these two days have been absolutely fantastic as far as we are concerned..

Massive incentive for the boys today

Jamaica internationals Jermaine Beckford and Theo Robinson are expected to be included in Huddersfield's squad for the home game with Hull

Beckford, on loan from Leicester, fractured a knuckle on his debut for Jamaica against Panama last weekend, but made his second appearance in Tuesday night's defeat in Costa Rica with the aid of a splint.

Robinson, on loan from Derby, also featured for the Reggae Boyz, as a substitute in both matches, while defender Joel Lynch and midfielder Oliver Norwood were unused substitutes for Wales and Northern Ireland respectively and are also expected to be included in Huddersfield's squad.

Midfielder Keith Southern remains sidelined with a long-term Achilles injury, but is hoping to return to action within the next fortnight and otherwise Town manager Mark Robins will select his starting line-up from a full-strength squad.

James Vaughan (ban), fellow striker Sean Scannell (hamstring) and winger Danny Ward (foot) all returned to action in the recent win at Leeds.

Hull defender Abdoulaye Faye will return to the starting line-up for the first time since early February.

Faye, an unused substitute in the last four matches after returning from a calf injury, will step in for Paul McShane, who has been ruled out for the rest of the season with ankle ligament damage.

Hull will also be without midfielder Seyi Olofinjana, who has joined Sheffield Wednesday on loan until the end of the season.

But all seven of Hull's players who were away on international duty this week will be in contention.

Egyptian trio Gedo, Ahmed Elmohamady and Ahmed Fahti, Northern Ireland pair Alex Bruce and Corry Evans, Republic of Ireland's Robbie Brady and George Boyd, who made his debut for Scotland, have returned unscathed.

Hull, who occupy the second automatic promotion spot, take on third-placed Watford on Tuesday in the second of two games in the space of four days.

We HAVE to win after all the results this weekend.

I think that the players will step up and go out and give a good account of themselves.

We have a top class international midfielder in the ranks who's itching to play.......

AND ALEX ****ING BRUCE PLAYS IN MIDFIELD!!!

Quite possibly THE least talented ****ing twat in the league (good defender mind, credit where it's due). Sort it out Steve, this is horrific nepotism. Get your ****ing son out of our team and away from our club.

    Oh, okay then. Fair enough.

To be fair, how much have you seen of Fathi? You may have seen more than me, but from what I saw against Birmingham he was fairly poor. Apparently he played well when he came on at Palace.

Bit of a blow Quinn being injured, but doesn't sound serious, hopefully OK for the Watford game. Come on City going for 1-2 to the Tigers.

Not liking Quinn being out - he covers for Brady a lot - will Koren offer the same cover?

Huddersfield - on paper, a good side, especially upfront and in midfield. Their defence is complete no-nonsense type defending, but are slow on the turn - hopefully we can exploit that with some pace. Shame Aluko isn't available for this one.

I've watched a fair bit of him, he's a decent larker, seems quite similar to Quinn in terms of full of energy, good passer, always there to link up and doesn't shy away from a challenge no matter what.

But even so, why not let Meyler hold and bring Cairney in to play on the left to give us that natural left footer balance on that side?

Nepotism stinks, Alex Bruce is a shocking footballer, his touch is like he's playing with a rugby pall, it could ping anywhere, and his passing........... There's not even words to describe how utterly dreadful a passer he is. Fine with him playing center half, but sticking him in midfield is a ****ing joke and nothing short of outrageous.

just a shame when you think of games like forest and brighton that we could have so easily won... been a point behind cardiff before this kick off.

Anyways let's make a nice 4 pt gap
