YOU said it was low on the list Are you taking on the mantle of The Fanny With No Name in his absence?
shut it gambol, find loiner! haha, love how I can order you round cause you wanna impress me so much lol
So what if there is a tiny bit of cruelness involved in horse racing - whenever I see a skinny dying looking child on an Oxfam television advert my inaction in this situation is more cruel than my inaction over giving a very well fed and maintained horse a few whips. What sort of suffering free Horsey Utopia are you seeking to create after you abolish this system of racing them for competitive sport?
A well considered and measured comment as always. What school did you go to? If I ever have kids i'll send them there as i've always found the idea of having a gormless ill educated twat as a child quite entertaining.
#1. Its "troglodyte" ya spastic #2. Troglodytes and Neanderthals were two distinctly separate species meaning Mick could not be both Troglodytic and Neanderthalic ya double spastic.
The cruelest thing about horse racing is making the poor beasts look at Clare Balding on a regular basis.
The most shameful thing on this thread is the original post using the paralysis of a young man in a mocking way just to try and make a point!
I don't wish ill on the guy but I have no sympathy because: a. he made his living abusing animals for entertainment b. he did this knowing that he was risking serious injury or death
You admit to going fishing, and even if your putting the fish back in, you still have to puncture the fish's gum with a hook to catch them. That is a 'sport' were your intentions are to hurt the fish and every time you catch one you are harming one. In horse racing there is no intention's to harm the horse, obviously from time to time an accident does happen, but it is far from intentional. If anything we are always looking at our sport to make it safer, for horse and rider. So how can you preach about horse racing being cruel, and then openly admit to doing a sport which is alot crueler. It's not a case of drawing a line, as you said. It's a case of you having no interest in horse racing, so your on a wind up branding it cruel. Yet you enjoy fishing, so that 'sport' is completely fine. Do you realise how hypocritical you sound?
