Did not watch the Wales game but have been reading different football websites and forums, and there are so many different views on how Ramsey played. It ranges from, he was utterly **** to he was brilliant. Must have been the classic Ramsey performance, then.
Our rival's games this weekend. Swansea vs Spurs - Normally a tough place to go, but Swansea's season is over and they have nothing to play for. So the fear is they could again be on holiday mode, Spurs are slipping and playing an away game after the international break is not easy, so I am going for a draw in this game. Southampton vs Chelsea - Southampton got trashed by Chelsea when these two sides met in the FA Cup, but under their new manager, the Saints have already beaten both City and Liverpool at Saint Mary's. Another draw for me. Everton vs Stoke - An easy home win.
I've got a feeling Swansea will beat Spurs. I think they will want a response after losing to us and one man team Bale Hotspur are toothless when he's off form. I think Chelsea will beat Southampton, even with the Adkins factor and I think you're right about Everton winning too. Most importantly though is that we make sure we win our game against Reading
Arsenal to win Everton to win Chelsea to draw Spurs to draw Can't see Spurs losing to Swansea, Spurs have made themselves more difficult to be albeit with less attractive football. I can see a high scoring draw
Piss Poor quality league. They could easily get to 100 points. Can't see realistically where they will drop 6 points in the next 8 games so that's our points record gone too
Hate Sunderland. They offer nothing to the league and are a terrible team to watch. Actually despise them and hope they get relegated.
Don't hate them I agree they offer little. Sessegnon and Adam Johnson aside (both of whom have been poor) its a team of Championship workhorses. It would also dispel the myth that O'Neill is a great manager if they went down. Wasted millions on overpriced British players rather than looking at the foriegn market or promoting from within. Though, if James McClean is the best their academy has to offer you can hardly blame them. I expect them to be in the relegation zone this time next week, awful side.
Where's the creativity supposed to come from in this Sunderland side? There's no playmaker, restricted width and their only striker's totally isolated. Awful shape. Their lack of fight is just unforgivable, though. I think Kevin Friend might be considering changing his name to "Fergie's", judging by his first half performance. Didn't give the Mackems anything.
the amount of 50-50 sunderland get especially at the 2nd half.. were unbelievable read the match stats before opening your mouth next time, Sunderalnd had more fouls than us
I watched the bloody thing. You got some ludicrous decisions, including two blatant dives being awarded as free-kicks. I assume you wouldn't dispute either of them?
dives !!? comn .. they had easy soft fouls too and i can say some were a dive .. they went so physical especially at the 2nd half yet they are the one who manged to get more fouls than us somehow?
arguably the worst thing about the game was Gardeners play acting trying to get RVP sent off, but I think we should leave it there as this is the Arsenal board and should be discussed on our own boards.
