It's a long way down and an even longer way back up. The whole organisation needs to hang it's head in shame - disgraceful. I could not believe what Sean said in his post match comments especially when so many believe him to be our saviour.

He's not our saviour just as McInnes proved not to be the new wonder manager we so desperately needED.
SO'D's inane claptrap about keeping to the organisation is no different to the meaningless rubbish spouted by the last four City managers when abject defeats are suffered by the supporters.

Once again when SO'D arrived I like so many others had some hope that the guy would start playing joined up passing football; yet yesterday evening, my abiding memories of the game via Radio Bristol were "and Fontaine lashes another long ball straight to a Derby player" and the noise of the ironic jeering from the City's travelling fans when we had our first shots on target in 87th and 89th minute.
When a City manager hears that reaction from our top supporters, I know that he will not last very much longer because I've been there myself when such incompetents as Russell Osman and Brian Tinnion got the same treatment.
In spite of SD's mega millions, our club has totally lost it's way. Invermere Mike is correct; IT'S GOING TO BE A LONG WAY DOWN AND EVEN LONGER COMING BACK.

Perhaps we just over rate our players to much.

You have a serious problem with motivation as quite a few of the first team will be on there bike at the end of the season to reduce the wage bill ,somewhere in the region of 8 players I understand.

If you are one of those players, you are hardly going to feel like putting in a hard shift and help the team stay up, if you are out on your ear regardless if you stave of relegation.......... common sense really

O Driscoll may as well bllod some of the younsters he is raving about although he appears to be worried about the effect relegation will have on there fragile egos,I would have thought the opposite give them experience and harden them up dont wrap them in cotton wool especially if they mange to survive it will do them the power of good.

McInnes should have been replaced earlier when you all said he was not getting the best out of the team this would have allowed the new manager to get some decent loan players and motivate the team with 7 games left 21pts you still have a chance however bleak it seems.

3pts vs Sheffield Wednesday on Monday and you narrow the gap remember you are in good form at home and they have a day less to recover from a thrashing today.

Actually its 12 out of contract and frankly, we wouldn't miss many of those on that particular list.

I still haven't completely given up as the others have a pretty tough run in but its going to take a miracle now.

Half a new team is exactly that, half and its no point having a pop at the better players when they have to play with those who are responsible for our gradual decline

Manager after manager here has discovered that the successive layers of players piled on by the previous managers ain't up to much unless they put their mind to it and that happened to few many times.

You can't make a silk purse out of a sows ear and, as I remind people from time to time, I heard several of Millen's half time team talks, they took no notice of him whatsoever and I think, not just him...

Perhaps McInnes wasn't that bad after all...

'Prem, McInnes is the reason we are where we are'

Although Prem and few others couldn't see how inept McInnes was I lay the blame solely on our dithering Board.

I'm afraid you will eventually discover it is the players you have that dictate where you will finish in a league situation.

It just seems to take a little longer for some of you to catch up...

SOD is just the latest mug in line for a thankless task of halving a wage bill in a very competitive league and having to play a group of players who are patently not up to it and have consistently shown that for at least 4 seasons, with no finance for players who would really make us competitive in this division.

    Organised ****! -- dis-organised ****!..

    its still ****..

Don't talk ****e, you know we have to blame someone.

I blame Coppel if only he could tell us what made him run faster away from AG faster than Usain Bolt.

You pay peanuts you get Monkeys.
'It just seems to take a little longer for some of you to catch up...'

We can't compete fiscally in the Championship.
You might get a few clubs who can buck the trend for a while - our dithering Board made matters worse.
But in every League those who pay least eventually get relegated.

"Don't talk ****e, you know we have to blame someone"

Of course, and if you have already blamed someone you need to continue to blame them regardless!

These are so called fans ROD who haven't had a single positive word to say for the club for as long as I can remember yet have the gall to then blame the fans who actually tried to show some positive support for the club as a whole.. Still some people only live to moan and criticise and some have such big egos they just cant see a bigger picture..

    Shame really..

City's problem seems to be that we have paid monkeys far too much over the past four or five seasons. And these monkeys are not worth what we are paying them.

If we play the kids and end up in League Two or the Conference, at least we know they will give it their best, not like the lazy, inept bunch who have seen off three managers and done sod all to keep us in the Championship.
If we don't clear out the dross, how long before they force the board to sack another manager?
