Common sense prevailed in the end. I think the two should have an agreement that when it's just the two of them gunning for pole they only do one lap so they don't compromise their races. I think Seb was very aware of Senna's consecutive pole record though.

This, if anyone's interested. Is Luca Colajanni the guy who, in Malaysia 2009, was telling us Raikonnen was ready to get back in the car while the big screens showed him in his shorts eating a Magnum?

I remember being part of a live chat with Felipe Massa. It was the first day of pre-season testing last year.

Ferrari published pointless questions like and loads of messages saying "Hi Felipe" - the only decent question they let Massa answer was an F60/F10 comparison. They never published my question, despite me sending it about 5 times - I asked how much fuel was onboard when he set his fastest lap that day.

Bah, sucks. I thought it was something special but I've just noticed that Nico Rosberg does one after each race so I guess it's not really noteworthy.

You'd expect them to filter out offensive questions or questions about sensitive information, but you'd think they'd need a few questions of substance to make it worth participating in.

Just read this tweet from Alex Wurz:

You would of thought Marko could of been a bit more magnanimous seeing as Vettel has got the upper hand at the moment.

Mifune, did you see the comment on JA's blog as well?

In Marko's defence, he's head of the young driver program so he has nothing to do with Webber. Vettel (as well as Buemi, Alguersuari, Ricciardo, Vergne) is his protege, Webber's just Vettel's teammate as far as Marko is concerned. Mateschitz likes Webber and that's all that really matters.

    Webber
    Vettel
    Alonso

Ham to be 2nd by the end of the first lap

LOL @ Spanish Matador killing the Bull, then backtracking from the Alonso/Red Bull reference.

Thanks for that, interesting, it always annoys me that whenever you see Vettel out of his car in the garage Marko is always lurking next to him. At least Mateschitz is a fan of Webber so he has got some support in Red Bull.

If Vettel has no KERS off the start then he could end up back in 6th-8th and will have to fight to the front.

What's Schumacher on about? Rosberg isn't ahead of him?

Where did Webber end up after the start at Malaysia when he did not have KERS? Wasn't it about 11th or something? With such a long run down to turn 1 here if Vettel does not have KERS he could be screwed.

Schumacher's rationalisations are getting more and more desperate.

So Jenson hates Vettels finger too. Good to see we're not alone.

Any guesses on how far up Heidfeld will get up the field? I'm going to go for 9th. Fastish car with completely fresh tyres.

12th, I do not really rate Heidfeld and I think he will struggle to finish ahead of the Saubers and Buemi.

Hey! Peter Schmeichel. I like him. And he speaks the same language as Eddie Jordan, whatever that is.
