I use a lot of software on a lot of devices and couldn't draw a straight line on a tube train You must be one of those blokes who get it out in public Look at my tech Mate seriously they are just machines
i travel from watford met to uxbridge each day, zone 6 start end zone 6 ie I don't go underground. its costs me two quid each way, with regards what I can use, I can browse the net, use cydia, and play an online war game by gree. so in answer to your question I use it for whatever the **** I want !

Liquid spills on electrical goods wouldn't be covered unless you pay well over the odds for insurance.
Yes but would cost an arm and leg to cover mate that's why mobile insurance ain't worth it, doesn't cover loss or screen damage etc
I have a 3 year extended warranty for the laptop and that doesn't cover accidental damage either. Hopefully a new keyboard will sort it.
Keyboards on laptops are easy to replace even for the average pc user, they normally just clip out and you plug into the system board.
I got my iPad screen fixed for 80 quid and it's a simple process from what I've seen on the net but I was just in a rush, the glass itself i saw on amazon for 35
