That's like something I'd do Secret. Can your screen be repaired? Something similar happened to me the other day. I was eating a bowl of Weetabix the other day and the bowl slipped out of my hand and fell on to my laptop. 600 euros worth of laptop. After leaving it in a hot press, it has dried and now turns on. The minimum it needs is a new keyboard, I think. Do any techies know what damage milk and Weetabix will do to a laptop. Is it repairable?? Any help/advice appreciated. A replacement laptop cost me over 700 euro.
you should be ok if you unplugged it and took the battery out straight away, phones will survive if they are dropped in a bath and toilet if you take the right action. Remove the battery and dry is properly. you shouldnt even need a new keyboard but Id back up everything on there if you do get it running.
It might just be that the weetabix has dried underneath meaning the keys dont push down properly, Id remove the keys and clean underneath, just remember to put the keys in order and somewhere where the kids or pets cant knock them over.
Other option is take a photo, its easy to think your sure where they go, until you have to put them back in.
I took the iPad upto a shop in watford where I live and they can do it for 80. Good price and lesson learned not to drink to much.
