Really? Perhaps it's only a coincidence; but if it actually is connected to Hamilton, I'm sure he will feel very honoured! Congratulations to Jake, and his lovely wife, Holly.

Well, Red Bull's intention, right from the outset, has been to 'out-Ferrari Ferrari'! It would therefore seem reasonable to expect it from both teams.

But focussing on what is reported in your link, AG; this should not come as a surprise to anyone who is even mildly objective. It is no secret that Ferrari have always done their best to coerce others, and that they (may) see it as part of the game. Neither is this necessarily exclusive to Ferrari. However, I wouldn't have to think long before responding that within motorsport, Ferrari are 'world leaders' in this regard. Some see it as part of the game and some may well find it morally acceptable. Each to their own but I
personally prefer 'old school, level playing fields' which closer match my somewhat idealistic outlook: that where all competitors play with the same sense of honour. I should add an acknowledgement that my way of looking at things may often be perceived as archaic!
    :)

Despite your diplomacy here, DHC, in this instance I don't entirely agree. Personal experience leaves me with only the smallest room for doubt, such that I'm inclined to believe Perez' assertion roughly 99%. Forza may have a point and always presents his case with vigour, but I think even he would admit to having a certain degree of bias – which is to be expected – in defence of his favourite team. Equally, I accept that I might hold some bias against Ferrari even if I think and hope I am being as objective as possible.

    – I have not the slightest doubt that what Perez is quoted as saying is plausible – at the very least!

Haha, no Cosi.. I was being sarcastic. He had a baby but it is named Florence! My humour is going down the drain.

But it's more of a coincidence it was born on the same day Ayrton Senna was.

A better second column by Lewis bit of a better mix between F1 related stuff and what he has done off the track, interesting to see the differing appraoches between himself and Schumacher when it came to the steering wheel.

This might be of interest for some. Points scored by drivers using the current point scoring system:

The next two races at Monza are tomorrow. For race 2 Marciello will start second and for race 3 he will start on pole.

Well at least he's survived it intact. Most of been an element of "oh no here we go again" when he hit the barrier.

This will be an important part of Kubica's recovery, just as Massa's first crash would have been. The psychological scars will come to the forefront.

Congratulations to Marciello again!! He won the third race of the season but only got half points because of red flags stopping the race. That's 3 races done now, with 3 podiums and 2 wins. He leads the Championship and with Pascal Wehrlein going to DTM it looks like he will dominate F3 this year!

Has anyone seen the clip from Kubica's crash?? He's a lucky boy. Went sideways into the end of a barrier above a fairly big vertical drop. Could have been a lot worse.
