    Today's delights are :

    Massive rump steak, chicken breast, large mushroom, home made chips and parsnip crisps. For the token green stuff I have some savoy which I will sauté with bacon.

    Nearly bought lamb chump steaks. But decided I wanted steak and chips. Making onion rings too. Any ideas on batter for them? I'd like them like proper pub stodge onion rings.

    Style if you were local you'd be most welcome <ok>

    Saw some varied road kill on the way up to Hereford this morning.

    There were;

    1 rabbit
    1 fox
    1 Otter <wah>
    2 badgers
    3 pheasant
    1 stoat/weasel.

    ****ing cars. Wouldn't mind if a few cats were in there but a ****ing otter.

    I was half tempted to stop and pick up a pheasant though.

    I've often thought about that with a pheasant but they're only about 50p from from someone that shoots them.

    You don't have to pick the shot out of them if they've been hit by a car!

    I've got a good food plan today.

    Breakfast was porridge, blueberries, banana and manuka.
    Dinner is left over curry chicken green from Saturday.
    Tea is a full roast lamb and veg, leftover from yesterday.
