Would need to see a video rather than just a pic as its easy to read too much into player's positions when jumping for a ball

 

Never in the creation of crow's sh*te has he been deliberately kicked up in the air.

The body position of both players would indicate that the chappie in the blue shirt has made a half hearted effort to win the ball against the stronger, more determined effort of the gentleman in the red shirt.

 

Neither of them have their eye on the ball.

Nobody would deliberately kick somebody with their shin as they would be the likelier one to pick up an injury!

I still think you'll be ok. You have a horrible run in, but in your favour I think there are at least 3 teams without the quality to overtake you.
