Love it. Reminds me of the good old times. Team battles like Lauda & Prost, Senna & Prost and so on.

    [h=2]In Summary[/h]
    • Vettel wins, Webber 2nd
    • Vettel asks team to move Webber out of way

Nice and misleading from the BBC as always. Can't wait for Benson's shower of ****e later.

He didn't have to mention Jenson if he didn't want to as it happened nearly 3 years ago :)

So Horner said that its ok that Sebastien made the decision to ignore orders because "they're racing drivers." What a load of ****. My respect for Red Bull is going back down rapidly. I don't understand why Horner defends Vettel so much and just lets it go by. Why is it ok for him to ignore the orders?

The racing between Webber and Vettel was actually bloody good racing. Let the buggers race... same for Merc.

Horner just confirmed Vettel broke team orders in an interview with Will Button. I think I'm more shocked that they'd use orders with Webber leading! :p

Suppose so, don't think there was any malice in it personally. Just a bit of driver banter (God knows that podium needed some!)

Feel for Rosberg, much respect for the guy for obeying orders, but should've been on the podium. Gone up in my opinions... Hamilton clearly looked guilty. Awkward pit garage I imagine, but nothing compared to Red Bull's garage. As for Vettel... shades of Schumacher? Win at all costs? Can you be nice and win?

I read it as a compliment to Button...sort of.

In fairness Button is the only other person I can remember "doing a Button".

So Webber came out of the pits, saw Vettel was all over him, and turned his engine down? And that was how he managed to keep him behind for a couple of laps and almost repass the following lap?

Miggins is going to have plenty of "Webber is a hypocrite" material today.

I think he just felt bad because him and Nico are friends. I'm sure there'll be no drama (between drivers) there.

True, I'm loving it but only because I don't support either driver or team <laugh>

If it was already clear, Vettel is now morphed into Schumi, in that the teams orders apply to all but him..
I hope not, I like Vettel and he's more than good enough to win these races without much outside assistance or Dastardly decisions.
Shame for Mercedes fuel saving, I think that they could have pushed the RBs at the end..

Notable mention to JB, if not for a wheel nut issue he'd have taken a solid 5th!

Well that was dramatic. This race certainly reinforces my belief that Seb has the mentality of a child, anyway good racing even if im still having occasional fits of rage over what happened to Jenson, especially with how Lewis was so slow at the end. 4th place would have been very welcome. Oh well. I suppose driving for McLaren he should know what he's in for!
