What is the story with Rodgers - anyone know if all the rumours about him falling out with GT due to his attitude are true?

The snow might be a slight hindrance to this game by the looks of things.

I don't know any definite rumours about Rodgers I'm afraid

Summerfield to score a late equaliser in a 1-1 draw in front of 5,678 bemused fans 'cos Saop played 5-5-0!

Well done to town in a game to test out some fringe players for both teams. Jacobson and Taylor worked their socks off for the team; Mambo, Gayle and Goldson did well at the back to control matters; Summerfield, McGinn and Wildig had moments of doing well in midfield with some good and not so good; Bradshaw showed he has potential and possibly enough to earn a contract, asanti showed some signs but perhaps not enough.

Goldson was outstanding including distribution. The trouble with Bradshaw and Asanti doing good things is that they never looked like scoring and that is what they are supposed to do. Morgan would certainly have been on the scoresheet last night.

Not when we are desperately in need of a 20 goal a season striker.

Only one striker with more than 20 goals in Div I and with exception of Coventry the top scorers are all in top eight clubs. So, we might want to be top eight; do we go for two 12-15 goal men or one good one and rely on the rest of the team? All good questions for the next few months.
Was GT at the match last night? Thought someone saod he was scouting.
BBC website was brilliant at kick-off....had Anyon playing outfield! Will he play on Saturday? Will he be here next year?
