I think the pair of them have as many goals as crouch probably would have managed on his own! The problem with Crouchy was that we were hitting teams on the break, and he has no pace whatsoever. We do that a bit now, but its not Defoe or Ade scoring. However most of the time we are pinning ppl back / they are parking the bus, and he is much better at that game (although it helps with Van der vaart behind you). With any luck Holloway will be in the Prem next year with Palace.... so hands off!
My point was - working with the current squad and not spending another £100 million of the Bookies money. Jeez I would love Jose hear, I would love Pep here, I would love Benitez here but it ain't gonna happen. Yes Sam is a long ball merchant, but he knows how to use midfielders AND wingers. NOT Holloway under any circumstances, a fly by night chancer...IMO
Rafa or martinez but not Ole Gunner Sollskjaer. I had the utmost respect for him as a player but we need a manager who has experience. I`m not sure about Ian Holloway either. Another Pulis in many ways.
I reckon the capped clown will be gone in Summer! The Coates family will not be happy with the poor season ticket sales. It's about time they sat up and noticed that we are not happy. I reckon things will change and big time!
Bit of a catch 22 there, as in order to get experience he has to be able to get a tougher job. He's won the Norwegian league twice in his first two years and it was the first time Molde had ever won the league. Apparently he would take notes as a player while at United because even early in his playing career he knew he wanted to be a manager. Might be a bit of a risk, but he was an understudy to one of the greatest managers of all time. I expect him to be the manager of Manchester United at one point during his career.
I don't know why, but I don't like the idea of getting Rafa, or Adkins who has been mentioned a few times. I'd have Di Matteo though. Or Martinez or Jol if we could get them to leave their current clubs, same goes for Moyes, but he's not going anywhere.
