SSN have just confirmed it is true. They got the message from AFP. £8.5M after he was quoted at £19M. Joins next season of course. Maybe if we can secure Kamara we could have an exciting front duo next season.
This would indeed be great news for us all, but especially those who think CH only wants defensive football.

I imagine he would come here as we are in the PL and will be in a position to pay his wages every week which his current employers cannot do. I can't imagine that he will be taking a pay cut to come to FCR. Once here if he does well he will be offski to Manchester or London as he will have the opportunity to play every week and shine as our star player. Seems a sensible career move to me as there are not many PL clubs where he would be top man - would he start ahead of Berbatov at Fulham? Cisse at Newcastle? Benteke at Villa (assuming they stay in the Prem)? Would he want to live in the NE of England? Plus Niorwich International Airport has loads of flights to Amsterdam if he is feeling homesick. Joking aside he could probably commute from Holland if he wanted to.

If it is a done deal then that is a great signing. However what is happening with Simeon Jackson as he don't seem to be in the team much?
On all the youtube vids of him there are many comments from Sporting fans saying how happy they are that he is leaving and that he is very overrated! Are they jealous or have we bought a dud? Fingers Xd for the first one :-S
I have to say HOADIE, if this is true, it pretty much spells the end for Simeon, he's been a great servant to us, he's never let us down but he doesn't fit with our set up now!
