I agree Jonny - the cold hard statistics show that in 2 seasons of Championship football, Leeds United have seen their gates drop by a third. The only assets are the squad and ever decreasing fanbase. The new owners might try to convince their shareholders that their purchase has increased by £10M, but the cold hards facts suggest the figure has moved in the other direction <ok>
GFH claim to be "transparent", yet their parent company is telling its shareholdres that they are in the process of selling you. but then issue a statement to Leeds fans saying this is not the case - will the real GFH please stand up http://www.itv.com/sport/football/a...-investment-not-an-outright-sale-of-the-club/

The most consistant thing about Hull,s away support is the number of flags they place on seats to make it look as if they have a good away support.I think i am right in saying about 2 weeks ago the took lees than 1,000 to Burnley and at that time they were in 2nd place.

Probably - but still £10 cheaper than a visitors ticket to Eland Road <ok>

I really can't see why you felt the need for this thread.

It's admirable that you still take a lot of away fans to matches albeit decreasing season upon season.

Yet can you find me a Cardiff or Hull fan who would swap wherever they come in your little league table with the one table that matters.

Once again thats the league table where being top gets you to Premiership. <ok>

Yes my club Millwall takes less away fans to matches and we find ourselves 5 points adrift of Leeds (albeit 2 games in hand) but we also have quite a few other clubs to compete with in our city for a fan base while you have none.

I love how these so-called fans of other clubs love to come on the Leeds United board to show us how little they care about our club, us and any topic we discuss.

    <laugh><laugh><laugh><laugh><laugh>

Not very profound, is that the best you have to offer? On that basis, the woeful Millwoe away support (?) would be a great case study for those pursuing psychology as a career. Might even be a lifetime study! <doh>

Not quite, it was extremely poor spelling, even by American standards! <cheers>

By the way, I am sure you are aware that in many cases where American-English and British-English spellings differ, it is the latter that was changed from the original English spelling not the former.
