Reserves that is!! Strong team to take on the hammers especially going forward! @OfficialQPR: QPR XI v @whufc_official: Murphy, Young, Doughty, Derry, Onouha, Ehmer, Mackie, Granero, Bothroyd, Taarabt, Hoilett #QPR
The west ham team was pants...how embarrassing. Harry was there to watch it. I'm guessing he picked a strong side so as to regain some confidence with a morale boosting win...
I wonder where Yuk Suk Young was. He played in the development squad win Vs Swansea the other day, and looked fairly handy apparently.
Onouha, Mackie, Granero, Taarabt, Hoilett, Derry & Bothroyd - that group should have been able to get the job done. Pathetic! Harry and all of us now have the international break to dwell on things - would have liked to have seen the 1st team back in action ASAP, like after our 0-3 home crushing to Liverpool, we showed up at Chelsea and won 1-0. I just feel the rot is in - the better players already considering where they want to go next season. Despite certain players likely moving on, thus reducing our wage bill (Cesar, Remy, Bosingwa, Granero, Cissé etc.) still think we can field a pretty strong Championship squad with the likes of:- Green Murphy Ben Haim Young Suk Young Traore Hill Onouha Derry Park Ehmer Harriman Hoilett Taarabt Mackie Bothroyd DJ Hulse Zamora Johnson
Aren't you forgetting that Taarabt, (God forbid us going down) ......... won't want to play Championship football cause, let's face it ............... he is the greatest thing since slice bread, honest, that's what he's always told us. So if were down at the end of the year, our fair-weathered player, Adel, ( in his mind, the greatest ever to lace on a boot) will be off the Real Madrid or maybe Man U or one of the biggest and the best teams in the whole world ...... and you know what, for once I believe him. Meanwhile, before he's reefed away from us, just hope he can slot a few home for us .......... just for old times sake.
Very strong team and very strange that they couldn't win. Is this an indicator that Boothroyd, Hoilett and Tarbs won't be getting a look in on Saturday? Perhaps it was their chance to make a point to HR. Such a shame!
Boy oh boy am I on form at the moment. Really living up to my name. First, the Liverpool debacle. Now this. Great. At least I can provide laughs in these gloomy times.
