The way I see it lads is MON has alot of players on his books that he doesn't want and will find it hard to get shot of some of them. If that is the case it will take a fair amount of time to get out who he doesn't want and replace them with the players he does want. Unfortunately this takes money, both with signing new players and in wages of players sitting there on decent contracts. He will know how he wants the team to play and to a certain extent the players are letting him down but also I don't think they are the ilk of player to do the job MON wants. You won't go down and if short is willing to apend the money in the summer I'm sure you will see whole sale changes. Alot is said about Bruce's players and that MON has had a few windows to get his own squad together but the problem is getting the wage bill down to off load the ****e he doesn't want and finding a club that will a)take the player and b) that the player is willing to join. If they are sitting at Sunderland on a decent contract, then no player would drop a division for instance unless like at Cardiff or a team looking likely to come up to the prem. I think MON has his hands tied on the finance side a bit. It's a juggling act for him. I'm sure he is pulling his gel hair out because he will know exactly what he wants and he will know which players he wants to bring in to do the job as he sees it in his head. Stick in there. It will come.
Yeah that showed in January with N'Diaye, Mangane and Graham. Not good enough and these are the players MON obviously believes will make us a force. He needs to go and by the way, I honestly believe we will go down.
Good post jarramag and I'd like to have the same faith -I think most of are rapidly losing that faith, mainly because we've been absolutely dreadful all ****ing season.
Your still having trouble saying MON as been total ****, 18 months and £30 million quid later and playing crap football , how has he improved sunderland Be a laugh if Martinez keeps little wigan up, and sunderland go down, wonder then which one would be the better manager
Now then Billy, how's tricks? "Hurricane Jova was a powerful Pacific hurricane that made landfall over Jalisco, Mexico. The tenth tropical depression and named storm, ninth hurricane, and fifth major hurricane of the 2011 Pacific hurricane season, Jova developed from an area of showers and thunderstorms that became better organized in early October. Moving towards the west-northwest, the area became better organized, and late on October 5, the National Hurricane Center began issuing advisories on Tropical Depression Ten-E. Steadily organizing, the storm was upgraded to Tropical Storm Jova later the following day, and by October 8, the storm had been classified as a Category 1 hurricane on the Saffir-Simpson hurricane scale. The storm attained Category 2 hurricane status late on October 9, and after a round of rapid intensification early on October 10, Jova had become a major hurricane." Is this what you were thinking about? I don't think I created any storms or depression. You'll have to blame Marty for that. Shameless Post No.101 sums up my thoughts on this whole thread and your board at present. I haven't had time to look in for a while but its been massively entertaining watching all the infighting over the last couple of days. I can't understand it, you all support a North East team. We all know we're ****ed when it comes to our teams ever amounting to something special, why get down about it?
You know death comes to everybody, so god forbid somebody very close to you dies, why get down about it? It's because we care and love the club and unfortunately cant just switch off.
Who cares about cest like lol no **** does & thank **** clueless fans like him are not going back next season.
Tongue was firmly in cheek bud. I still don't think getting all melodramatic on internet forums is the order of the day though.
