Just remember jose, it's my brothers un bruised arm which is at stake here if that isn't banned, wink wink lol.
Autosprint claiming it will be legal for Spain only (I think): http://www.auto.it/autosprint/formula_1/2011/05/20-8240/Fa discutere l'ala Ferrari Maybe my translation is off, but if it's going to be examined by the FIA, surely it should be either illegal and banned straight away, or declared a clever interpretation of the rules and deemed legal for the rest of the season, until at least the end of the season (if the FIA want to close the loopholes)
I think it's one of those situations where it's within the letter of the regulations but not the spirit. If it's legal, Ferrari should be allowed to race with it even if the FIA is 99% certain it'll be outlawed by the next race. I'm sure you could have described it more succinctly, FF, but here's Scarbs's explanation. please log in to view this image
Im online but a bit busy atm. Does anyone know if the Ferrari rear wing is legal? If it isnt, its an absolute disgrace. Its nothing more than a clever interpretation of the rules and exploits loopholes. They cant seriously say the RB FW is legal while banning Ferrari RW.
I know. I've corrected it now. Did they just say Virgin has inexplicably reverted to its pre-EBD exhaust system? HRT too. No plans to protest, though.
Nothing mentioned - maybe installation laps have thrown something up that needs changing. What news, Ted? Did Alonso just say "ai caramba"?
