Never used to take effect and the numbers never changed when dishing out rep, seems fixed now.

so get repping me :D

I've been dishing it out where ever possible. I'm out now so will be adding some to our worthy posters in 24 hours. Thanks to who ever bigged me up recently. I've now joined the 100 club. I was starting to feel left out. Muchas Gracias amigo <ok>

If you press control panel at the top right of the page it will tell you who repped you, probably kiwi.
Repping works that you give somebody else one point for every 100 rep points you have, so you could only give somebody 4.38 points if you rep them.
I have got nearly 70,000 which means I would give somebody almost 700 points for a rep.
