Morning All We're super Leeds and we're NOT going up, at least not this season..... What a disappointing weekend, losing at home to Huddersfield. What makes it even worse is the amount of chances we had, but good keeping from Smithies and bad finishing from our forwards has meant that we do not have a chance of going up this season. Chippie has got there before I could in suggesting who should stay, and who should go. For me its easy. I would only keep 6 players. Kenny Peltier Lees Byram Diouf Warnock S Thats right folks, I'd let McCormack go. He needs too many chances in front of goal, and is unable to play anywhere else. His team is one dimension no width, no flair and no pace. If we got a few goals down, how would he hope to change the formation. Morning Elland. Bank holiday here today. Loads of odd jobs to do around house. Unfortunately I've also lost interest after a pathetic January non spending spree. As I've said elsewhere, the list of players you've named to stay will probably be used in summer to raise cash to buy more ****e. Till we get owners with deep pockets, were going backwards, so hard to get excited till that happens
To be fair, Warnock bought in who he could with the limited resources he had. Unless we are given a 10m kitty, we will not be going anywhere fast. Look at Palace over the last few years, mid table if you're lucky. Give em a bit of money, and look at them now, same with Forest....
Morning all - GFH have made it clear they do not have any funds, not serious funds anyway. Without investing some money it will be more the same next season, like how they are already blaming Bates with how 7,000 season tickets need to be sold to pay loan, I though GFH said we were debt free when they took over? 1) We will get excited about a new manager 2) We will be linked with several players valued around £1M 3) We will lose out on target #1 and blame his extortionate demands 4) We will sign a freebie or someone costing peanuts and a trialist. 5) Season will be a week away and finally new faces will come in, all rejects and those nobody else wants 6) We will anticipate the loan market some believing we have a great base/spine just a couple of top loan players will do the trick 7) Rumours will mount as January approaches about our targets and of course someone leaving 8) We will sell Byram 9) We will sign another loan player and someone on trial again as a smoke screen Yep lost all interest in this corner too and nothing will change until we get owners who care and not ones who want to drain money from us to please their investors.
That's it in a nutshell ristac. As for saying they were debt free, they're clever with words. Stuff like at the moment gfh are debt free or all due payments have been made. Then a couple of weeks later a million has to be injected to plug holes. You see, money people don't see debt as we do. They deal with payments whenever they have to by moving figures around but never refer to debt. All figures on a balance sheet. I seem to remember their latest joke telling their stock exchange that Leeds were operating at a profit. Given enough smoothing of figures, any business can be made to look good for a short period. They're not willing to take risks and the eventual owner if or when when we get to pl, will have to risk substantial funds to get us there. The gfh way will not work
Morning everyone! Lets get Adkins in, play the kids and find out where we need to strenghen if we bring the kids into the first team. Get Poleon back as well and spend a couple of quid and we can do it next season. With Adkins of course! That was positive for a Monday, think I must have eaten Bogger's breakfast this morning!

Haven't heard anything of this. What a ****, he can **** off and let Ashdown have a go, I think he has been our better goalkeeper this year anyway
Paddy has kept us in plenty of games. He's also let too many in the near post and doesnt come out enough for my liking (maybe thats because of his height) Still, regardless he is one of our players of the season. Him, Byram & Lees, thats probably your choice and Byram should win every award going! Kenny is a great keeper the best we have had since Nige IMO, but he's replaceable and he can go with Warnock as far as I am concerned (he probably will anyway!) Cant be swearing at his own fans its Unexceptable. But we know Paddys got this side to him, look at the twitter attack he had on QPR, so he obviously has a problem keeping his trap shut!
