My limited attention span right now isn't great, but the bits I watched we looked shabby, some good defending on display though.

Yeah, i kept wandering into the kitchen to brew up and such, never really thought much was going to happen. Anderson let himself down today and i forgot Welbeck was playing for long periods in the second half. The link-up between midfield and attack was missing, the play was pedestrian and slow, Rooney again gave the ball away cheaply and often, Smalling can not cross (do not give him the ball and leave him to it) but i still felt comfortable with the result.

sure .. it is not over yet, we have alot of work to do still .. look to today performance, if we play like that in the next matches, we may not get the points needed to win the title
but is just great to be in this position we are in right now .. but we need better performance next match

His beard also harbours artificial life that will no doubt take over the world.

It didn't look that comfortable of a game but kinda did at the same time. I think the bottom three now will be the ones to get relegated also. That said I could see Wigan swapping places with villa.

Villa are a young inconsistant side but they are impoving and i think will survive. Wigan have lost some very good players and i don`t see them performing the heroics of last year but if they do the team i think will lose out to them will be Sunderland, they are very poor this season.

Shwan, i jest. We rested several players today who weren`t even on the bench, we had one defender on the bench (Evans) i think SAF expected a quiet day.

    Reply to what?

You haven't said a thing worth replying to.

As anyone with even the flimsiest grasp of football would know, yesterday was about getting the three points so we could have a fifteen point lead, which by the very same token as above, is pretty much unassailable.

It's not about keeping a bellend like you happy, it's about getting the job done. Which they did.

The only embarrassment is you with your frankly ludicrous comment.

1-do you think this was among our worst 5 performance this season or not?
2- job done is by scoring the second at least, not living dangerously the whole game with Reading close to score many times ? we could had easily lost points yesterday ... it was so bloody close and reading have history on doing so in last minutes facing big clubs
3- did Reading GK had to make any saves?

Before you start whinging, moaning and slagging this side off as embarrasing, you need to grasp that this very same side just went 15 points clear at the top of the premier league you bloody idiot.

People like YOU give United supporters a bad name.

Yes. He saved from Rooney, RVP (twice IIRC), Welbeck and Giggs.

Did De Gea have to make any saves?

I thought it was not an embarrassing performance, we were playing a team fighting relegation was never going to be easy.

you still avoid to answer if that was one of our worst 5 performance this season or not?
winning a match don't mean we were not embarrassing, sir alex said we was almost embarrassed ourself despite beating sunderland 3-1 this season, same in reading game, we almost let Reading scoring against us at many occasions ..
and yeah the goal you are bragging about come out of a deflection
