Is that what he has to do to satisfy your demands? It's just strange that you only ever seem to have that expectation with him. Everyone else is forgiven instantly. Cesar has a shocker. Not a word. Bosingwa claerly at fault to a degree in two of the goals. Not a word. Taarabt plays for 24 minutes. Taarabt plays well. You wake up and criticise him for not winning us the game.

Have you ever seen someone about your OCD?

To be fair Yorkie, this is a Taarabt thread and Watford aimed that post at Queens regarding Taarabt - not any other player.

I agree with you though that it would be ridiculous expecting a guy to come on and change a game on his own. He did very well apart from from where it really mattered, when two or three players were free in the box and all he had to do was square it, he went alone and squandered the chance as usual.

What did you think of Shearer's point last night?

Oh dear..look at the title of the thread Yorkie....?

For what its worth mate, i thought he was quality when he came on, never said any diffrent. think you may be taking things a bit too personally.

Plenty of others made mistakes, but having a go at ceasar is ridiculous...if not for him then we would not of gained half of our points. he has contributed more to our team than ANY other player we have. If you cannot see that then you have zero footballing knowledge.

Havce a recap of our games and have a look at how many times our keeper has got MOM. that is the sign of a **** team !

As for OCD...have you seen a surgeonabout surgically removing your tongue from tarbs arse. May allow him to run faster than his current "waddle"...?
There are players with no legs waiting for AT too catch up....<laugh>

Adel was an immediate threat when he came on. Started threading dangerous balls through to Remy, looked lively and out to prove a point. We needed a game changer and he nearly provided it. Maybe that's his best position now until the end of the season - impact sub. Cos when he starts he looks lazy and sluggish

I agree with that Stainrod. He's handy to have to spring off the bench.

Problem is, the "nearly" word in your post sums the lad up. He beats one, he beats two then he keeps going instead of passing it and makes a mess of it all.

    So incredibly frustrating.

Look on the bright side........At least it's only a week long Adel thread rather than a long week of Adel threads.

Yeah i know what you mean but you sort of have to accept that with him. He did it yesterday but I'd still rather he took the shot than play it to Mackie who isn't the most reliable of finishers. But for all his good moments, i still blame him for blowing us 4 points - the missed pen against norwich and the one on one he blew at the end of the Reading game.

Wasn't aimed at you at all but I refuse to believe we need three cloggers in midfield against a frankly mediocre team who were there for the taking and I honestly believe had Taarabt started in place of one of those three we'd have had the game all but won by half-time such was our dominance. When Mbia is on a yellow card he offers very little going forwards or back.

agree that the T man was class when he came on, but just dont do it for 90 mins.

I appreciate that mate but I fear they'll be in a higher division than us. On the bright side that should mean fewer Chelsea shirts which have become the most common in the last year or so.

Not much. I took from it that he has had some stick about his comments and was seeking to justify what he'd said previously by saying that 10-15 minutes per match ain't enough. At face value that is obviosly correct. If you've played 90. But considering he was only on for 26, it does make his comment worthless. In fact I'd go so far as to say that if we judged Shearer's performances by the same yardstick, you'd wonder what the purpose of finishers is as they can be subjected to the same criticism. "What did he do for the remaining 89 minutes."

That's not what he said, Yorkshire. He said 10 minutes every 10-15 matches not every match.

You misheard him. Listen to it again.

Then he clearly does not see enough of our matches as even you and Queenie acknowledge that he has been one of our better players through the season.
