    Never heard about that, was it I Sit Next to a Badger?

    Suing Twitter is just madness though. If I were to write "Bryan Griggs shagged Imogen Thomas" on 20,000 bits of paper and posted them through peoples doors would that allow said Mr Griggs to sue the manufacturer of the paper, and the pen that I used to write with? Sue the whole internet for not policing twitter...

    Riggs is a complete twat. Twitter is the 21st century equivalent of the marketplace gossip machine. He cannot sue individuals expressing their opinions about the stories of the day. The story being speculating about which footballer is cheating on his wife. Twitter users have no professional knowledge or platform to give them credibility. He may as well attempt to sue everybody who talks about it in the pub tonight.
