Went to Doncaster today, they were pretty rubbish, can't see why they're top of the league. We could have won and on reflection of play, probably should have. Also, never complain about our attendences, they got 7600 and probably 600 of them were Pompey fans! Top of the league, you're having a laugh!

Also, replying to the girl I like's Facebook message. I very rarely put kisses on the end of my messages (basically only if I'm going out or fancy someone) and I haven't with her in the past, but I'm thinking of putting a few cheeky kisses on the end! What do you think?

 

I would only put kisses at the end if she did it first, but that's just me.

 

I honestly miss and prefer the League One/Championship days.

Seriously though, if she does (with most people, bit of wall stalking may be required) then go for it, if she doesn't then don't. I go for the old move of give as many as I get, means I don't have to worry about it then!

 

She did, but lots of people I know put kisses but they're just being friendly.

For me, you know if you receive a kiss, it means a lot and not just me being friendly. Which is convenient for other people if they're trying to interpret my actions

Indeed. I notice this is the most number of kisses she's given me in ages (perhaps ever, I'm not gonna go back through our entire message history though). Of course, it's not just whether there's kisses but how many there are.... one or two probably just being friendly, but three or four, then it may represent more..... Excluding people like one of my friends who just puts 8 or so on as a matter of course.

It's amazing how one letter can cause so much stress. :S

 

In my experience, I only do x's if girls do them first (unless it's a girlfriend). I think I've annoyed girls in the past if I start conversations without any x's and wait for them to do them first, and then do roughly how many they do.

If they get annoyed, it's their fault for playing their silly games. Give as many as you get, then nobody can get upset and you don't have to worry about any psychology yourself. So many silly little games involved in 'courting' that are best avoided.

I give everyone one kiss. Unless they give me more, in which case I'll just mirror the amount they give. If you are giving more kisses then you normally do to try and hint a subtle interest in said facebook girl, don't go overboard. Max of four I'd say, but probably three.

Yeah I wouldn't get your hopes up just based on that, although it could be a sign, it's more likely that your doing what you hashtagged. I guess it's now been a while that she's been single, so if you are still wanting to make a move..well...theres no time like the present. No point in wasting time thinking about her if she's not interested.

Hey, clutching at straws is all I can do tbf, but yeah I don't genuinely believe that 3 kisses necessarily means anything. I could, but then again equally it could mean nothing. I made a move before, asking if she wanted to meet up, and she said that'd be lovely, but she's rather busy atm with uni work and stuff, so hopefully we can meet up if that lets up, which it may do at some point.

 

Yeah man, fair enough. She doesn't realise though that your meeting up was angled towards more of a date then your usual friend meet up though right? If she knew, and was interested, then I would of thought that she would be able to find some time to fit you in. Or I guess she may just be genuinely really busy and deliberately avoiding meeting up so she doesn't get distracted from uni work etc. I guess it's a difficult situation but I'd be trying to move things along quickly if I were you to see what the deal is one way or another.

 

I'm going to bed. Was up early marshalling at parkrun this morning (in the torrential rain). Then back home and took my sister on a boot camp style training session. Then went through the trauma of match day. So am physically and mentally pooped. And now its 1:30 so I'm going sleep like a log. Night Peeps. x
