Well we never seem to win the crucial games from teams around us, but I have some hope, Villa 0 - 1 QPR ( Zamora )
Well, I played my son on FIFA 12 today (as we usually do around match day). He is always QPR. Here is the result: Aston Villa 0 v QPR 4 First Half: QPR dominate the first half with SWP and Remy causing havoc on the wings. Remy hits the post twice. Beautifully weighted cross into Remy on 13 minutes from SWP finds him alone with the central midfielder. He rises to head it in from just outside the 6 yard box. Remy makes a run through the centre on 31 minutes and scores along the ground past Guzman. Guzman is keeping Villa in the game with a number of good saves Second Half: Villa are getting back into the game and beginning to boss the midfield but cannot get past QPRs back four (who are immense throughout the game). Only one save all game for QPR goalkeeper (whoever it is!). Finally on 67 minutes Remy goes through the centre again and wins a penalty, which he misses. Remy scores another goal on 76 minutes, low into the corner (Guzman's left). Now the heart goes out of Villa and Bothroyd scores in the 84th minute after getting around the Villa defence (you heard it here first!) Surprisingly Villa defend corners well but still look weak in defence against a pacy attack and can't break down QPR's defences although dominate midfield for first half of second half. That's it! Remy 13, 31 and 76 Bothroyd 84 COYRsssss!!!
going for a 1-1 draw. BUT if Harry goes for it and takes the game to Villa they are there for the taking.
It just makes me laugh how you all think you're now the greatest team in the world after beating two teams who put in their worst performances of the season against you. You've no chance of seeing us next season, Mind the gap!
