I thought Oxo was **** today, as always he added absolutely nothing to our game, except giving the ball away cheaply.

Ramsey's pass for Gerv was awful. Had all the space in the World and played it too soft and behind Gerv. Gervinho did very well to recover. He actually looked very good when he came on.

Anyway, very good defensive display again and a vital 3 points in a potentially tricky game.

My man of the match today was Carl Jenkinson, i thought he was our best player by a long way. If we sell Sagna, i'm starting to think we should just sign a backup, we have our starter.

Solid at the back, clumsy and lethargic going forward. We did enough but we'll have to play far better against teams with things to fight for.

Also, i have to reluctantly give credit to Arsene, he got the subs almost right today. Still think Theo should have gone off for Gerv, but hey, that's why i'm not a manager.

Off-topic but... just how inevitable is a 4-0 win for United tonight? I honestly don't know how they do it.

Although he did come and flap at a cross once, which could have been costly.

Good solid defensive display - kosc/mert works well and should continue to be our back two. Monreal and Jenkinson where good as well and the whole team worked as a unit when we didn't have the ball which was good to see. The first half was a tired performance but in the second half we controled the game. Thats 2 clean sheets and wins away from home in a row. We need to continue to put in these tidy performances and we will get results in our next few games and hopefully we will be in a strong position to obtain top 4 by the end of the season.

Good subs by Wenger, oxo was looking tired and Ramsey and Gervinho gave us a little edge, both did well i thought. Yes the pass wasn't perfect for Gervinho but it did what it needed to and lead to a goal.

Giroud was a little hit and miss, he had some great lay offs and in the second half he started a few of our attacks, assisting the first goal (after grabbing it out of ramseys path) and then setting ramsey free down the right for our second. He didn't get much service today so overall he did ok, a couple of times he had the ball narrowly blocked at the near post as well. He did look tired towards the end of the game though.

Overall i'm happy with today. It's only a couple of days since we played Bayern which will have taken a lot out of those who played and travelled.

    Remaining fixtures:

    H - Reading
    A - West Brom
    H - Norwich
    H - Everton
    A - Fulham
    H - ManU
    A - QPR
    H - Wigan
    A - Newcastle

All of those are easily winnable except the Man U game, but they will probably have won the league by then and may not care.

I can't agree with that Kyle. Didn't think any of those were bad. Giroud had a big part in both goals.

Only player I thought was bad was Oxo. Walcott wasn't great, but Diaby did OK.
