http://www.ustream.tv/OfficialQPR Is anyone else having problems with the official Ustream channel? I'm trying to watch the under 21's match from last night, but the timer at the bottom gets to 00.06 then resets to zero. The thing is completely unwatchable, and keeps pausing. Maximising/minimising the screen weirdly makes it play for a few seconds...but then it stops again. I've got the latest version of flash player, so it can't be that. Right clicking the video and selecting "settings" pops-up a box which goes mental, toggling through lots of different options rapidly- so something is definitely crashing. Apologies for the boring thread but this is very frustrating!
Could this be a signal issue Grifter, haven't tried Ustream but that type of performance you describe sometimes happens when I'm in a place with a weaker wifi signal.
I'm on wireless, but it's a decent connection. There's never been an issue with watching videos here before, all youtube/dodgy streams/catch-up tv runs seemlessly. I've watched previous London Call Ins with no issues too! Oh well Cheers for the responses anyway It's a shame, it's the first chance to see that Yuk Suk Young play! Plus the kid Skapetis is pretty prolific, i'd be interested to know if anyone who watched thought he can make the jump to our senior side. edit: i've just tried it with a wired connection too, and it still doesn't work. None of the previous videos on QPR's channel seem to work now either, it's not just the latest one.
I've just tweeted Adam Hulme, and he's responded: "Hi, it's not you. It's Ustream. They are looking into it. But doesn't help that they are eight hours behind (US based)" "Adam Hulme ‏@adamhulme86 We are aware that there are a few issues with last night's #londoncallin/U21 match. @Ustream are looking into this. Will tweet when it's ok"
If you're on BT and the things are slow sometimes logging on to the neighbour's BT/Fon improves things if they're on a fibre connection. Totally legal, btw.
