Coutinho is looking quite nifty for them too and as there was the well publicised battle between us and Liverpool to sign him, along with the fact that he's played under Poch before, I just get the feeling he's likely to score against us. But then I'm always on the negative side of the fence! I think if we can get a point from Liverpool with the way they are playing at the moment it will be a very good point.

What on earth is happening to our once nice guy reputation, we use to say please run past me and score a goal to players like Suarez, now we want to bring him down with a sniper bullet, this is a very worrying trend.
Yes indeed. Fair point! Suarez has been in fantastic form for most of the season. If Liverpool play as they have been, then I find it hard to see how we can get anything. But, as the Liverpool board have alluded to, Liverpool do like to have an off day every now and then, and after 3 wins on the trot, maybe this will be it. Fingers crossed!
Desperate to get something from this game as I would hate to go into the Chelsea game only 1 point about bottom three, especially as Wigan have a game in hand. I'm still confident that we will get the points we need from subsequent games, but psychologically, I thinks it's important not to be in the relegation zone. We have made this hard for ourselves by not keeping points that were in our grasp. Why did I buy a ticket for this game
