Think it would also be slightly immature and premature to go there board after we score a goal ad rub it in their faces.
The only issue you might have, is the fact that you're playing "scrappers" at the end of the season. There's no worse time to be playing the likes of Reading, Villa, QPR etc. - anything can happen. (look at wigan every bloody season!) However, there's enough talent in your squad to beat those sides, comfortably. You're scoring goals for fun at the moment and the team spirit seems very high. The players have now had the time to get used to Rogers' philosophy and it's showing.(a similar situation with us and AVB) - It will be interesting to see how the team deals with these fixtures and a good final test for Rogers. A top 4 contender needs to get results in these sorts of games. It's going to be tricky, but I think it's doable. It's actually an area we've improved massively this season. We've lost 7, but 5 of those were City away, Everton away, Liverpool away, Chelsea Home and Arsenal away. - Now I've said that, no doubt the usual end of season capitulation is just round the corner! (might have started already ) As I said in another post, it's about the 38 games. not 30. The final 5,6,7 or 8 are make or break. The experts are saying we've got the momentum, but I think the same applies for Liverpool and 1 or 2 surprises are in store. The odds yesterday were 10 to 1. - i think it's worth a 5er. Best of luck chaps.
Thanks for your positive comments and congrats on getting out of gaol last night! We won't get fourth, but that has to be our aim.
Hardly immature to boo a player proven to have used racist language to another player. No time for that on, or off the pitch.
Suppose you have time to talk about Suarez given there's not a lot of football going on down your way
Suarez strode quickly across the football pitch, snarling and fierce: his eyes gleamed at St. Mary's, burned with a gruesome light. Then he stopped, seeing the Saints crowded with legs agaping,... and his heart laughed, he relished the sight, intended to nutmeg them one by one until he could no more. the almighty makes miracles when he pleases, wonder after wonder, and this world rests at his feet. fame after persecution is the noblest of goals. Suarez feet are trained, his feet are calm: he needs no hot words. Majestical, magesterial, enlightened..... Suarez.
The almighty senses a saint making haste, approaching as if a stallion, hoofs-a-clomping. Sensing danger, the almighty takes heed and makes for the turf at high velocity with nary a person within touching distance.
The choppy turf lay below, hidden deep in florescent green his miserable end, as the ground opened to receive him. How many grounds have been put to rest in a Suarez leap? Few. A ground can bring a little peace, make Suarez silent for a time, but not long.
Despite all, he feels injustice and wildly flails his arms with righteous indignation. The man robed in black doth not listen to his protestations. Within seconds, Suarez is again upright and launches a well aimed studded sole into his foe's unguarded ankle, felling him like a great oak. (i'm not keeping this up)
Thank **** for that! Said the legion in front. Nay, for not a single **** was given upon the day. Suarez 3:16 Ok I am done.
Or "gracias por esa mierda" as the hairless Spaniard said in his native tongue, watching as the sphere both armies fight for ricochets on the metal framework of his keep, inflicting pain neither on the physical netting of the construct, nor the frail temperament of his army. (I'm sorry)
**** me you two. get a room and set up 'The Iambic Pentameter Thread'. Then you can wax lyrical without bothering any other poor ****er
Lay with me! She said, as darkness crept into the room. A cold hand enters regions unknown as she tenses. Intrigued, she is Brazilian, a simple finger will do.
The sole caveat being the single finger belong to another Brazilian. That Brazilian being the slight at body, but giant at heart; Fordinho.
Not going to Southampton 2moro, ticket fell thru But have got tickets for Grand National in a few weeks, where many bevvies will be consumed
The problem is though is that opposition fans on forums are always going to subjected to a majority of the 'idiots' (those who even many home fans have on their ignore/block lists) and a minority of the normal level-headed fans - and put side by side, the two groups can often appear to be of similar sizes. Sharpshooter in particular often appears to rub a lot of us up the wrong way.
