This weeks Champions League matches

To be fair Torres has had a very good game.

 

Cisse scores with seconds remaining in stoppage time, Newcastle going through.

 

Newcastle get an injury time winner.

 

Scraped through, Newcastle have just scored.

 

Probably the number one person in the Premier League I would back to miss a penalty though.

 

I don't know, Rooney would be up there. He's not great at penalties.

 

Anyone know what the next round of fixtures are yet, as I assume they are preordained?

 

I like Torres, but he has never looked really happy at Chelsea. Should never have cut his hair...all down hill from there. He had a good game today...was up for it, but what a terrible penalty...could have cost them. All 3 English clubs through...gives us some interest in one cup at least.

 

Oh, apparently they are drawn tomorrow.

 

The next round is the week after Chelsea play us on Saturday and ManU on Monday.

 

Hopefully they'll get a nice long trip to Russia to play Rubin Kazan.

Sadly doesn't help us, unless they spread themselves thin over the 3 games. The 2 Cups are the most important , which leaves a few academy lads, a couple of cleaners and a tea lady to play us.

No, it's us on Saturday, Man U at home on Monday, Rubin at home on Thursday, Sunderland at what will then resemble Hackney Marshes on Saturday.
