YEP thats right Leics relagated with 52 points, 6 seasons ago the bottom 3 were:- 52 46 38 and we already have 39 points with 9 to go! POINTS for bottom 3 last 4 seasons 48..40..36 / 42..42..42 / 47..41..34 / 46..45..39 in 2008/9 SO already the record looks to be broken of 42 points being the lowest, can anyone see wolves Peterbro or City getting less than 4 points from 27? If all matches were drawn that would be 46 pts! H A V E you noticed with predictions on all the threads and replies how loathe we are to get away from our subconcious saying draw! N I N E GAMES so lets win 4 and lose 5.... 51pts or better...
This is why in my previous thread I said we need 53 points! Just to be on the safe side. I really don't think 50 will cut it to be honest. Not with so many teams picking up points around us.
Would rather we won 5 drew 1 and lost 3 which we are more than capable of doing. 55 points should be safe in anybodies money
Picking a points total to aim for is possibly unhelpful - every time you get a less than desired result you think 'that'll make things tougher for us'. It's cliched, but one game at a time is the way to be.
