Departments can and often do work together, not saying it happened here but there's a chance this could have been at the request of Lancashire Police.

They only have to recycle the tried and tested quote of "acting on intelligence received" and they're covered.

These pricks don't seem capable of applying common sense and seem intent on digging themselves an even bigger hole.

They should be made to pay the cost of coach travel and match tickets for all concerned, having unnecessarily stopped people from going about their normal business.

'You can stick your ****ing bubble up your arse' was sung with some gusto last night...I hope it goes for the full 90 in and outside the stadium for the udders game, cause the WYP are going to have their ****iest people minitoring it.

Detective Constable Nicholas McFadden(now an ex-DC) is on trial for nicking £3.5m worth of drugs from WYP(they disappeared on the way to an incinerator).

PC James Hughes(now ex-PC) was convicted of stealing a large quantity of cash seized from lapdancing clubs and brothels in the Leeds area.

And WYP are currently under investigation for covering up child sex abuse claims against Jimmy Saville in 1958.

It seems to me, that the biggest risk to the residents of West Yorkshire is not Hull City fans, it's West Yorkshire Police.

You are right they have yet to show any intelligence, but the quote was "acting on intelligence" which covers them fully in this instance:laugh:.

There must have been colusion between the forces. The very fact that there is so much action being taken against the WYP force and this Huddersfield game having caused such a furore, there is going to be a huge backlash starting with last nights interference by them. It doesnt matter a shyte which company it was or who organised that bus it looks as though the WYP force were always going to get involved because of the backlash to their absolute stupidity. Theres going to be a long way to go on this matter long after the game is played. It is such an important subject that the various organisations must keep the heat on at the highest levels. In the meantime we dont need any City supporters over reacting and giving this lot a reason to say "we told you so".

Stalin acted on "intelligence", Hitler acted on "intelligence", Kim Jong Ung acts on "intelligence". WYP like the previously mentioned can create "intelligence" to suit any purpose, the only fact here is City fans have had ZERO arrests for alcohol related incidents...............but heh when has facts ever matered to fascist organs of the state when the state decides we are "undermenchen"...........this is not just about our club but about the freedoms and rights of ALL football fans...

Very convenient for the WYP to suddenly find a group of "Risk" supporters now after all the controversy isn't it. I wonder how many of these 'hooligans' had blue rinses and hip replacements?

On the BBC Radio Leeds lunchtime news , They edited Stephen King, HTSA Chairman's interview on this am's breakfast show very well.. it ended abruptly when he said " WYP have Intelligence"...

It just hung there suggesting the irony!

The local police force stopped the tiger travel coach, as they always do for Burnley, on the outskirts and told us we were waiting for the other coach (there were only two coaches so it must have been the one that was stopped at Hartshead Moor). Eventually they gave up because it never turned up and we would have been late too if we waited for them. Clearly they had no idea that the other coach had been stopped at HM services. They applied common sense and eventually let us go, albeit with a massivle police escort stopping all traffic in and around the area while we were herded in. The local bobbies were extremely overstaffed with police all over the place at the ground. They were friendly and not heavy-handed but still, why was there such a massive presence? It just reinforces this nonsense of a stereotype that football fans are hooligans.

Was there any trouble ? No ? The police did a good job then . Thats their logic . They prevented the collapse of civilisation which would have happened otherwise .

I cannot ever recall a bus being intercepted by a police force whose jurisdiction lies en route to a match.

I can recall Hull police raiding buses leaving Hull in the 80s, and I can recall various police road blocks and check points set up the force whose patch the away game is to played on.

    But this is a first.

The fact that it must be our lowest attendance for a Lancs game in decades seems strange. Why would you think trouble is likely to occur in sub zero temperatures with a paltry turn out?

Given the police force involved and the 'timing' of this 'raid', you can only come to the conclusion that someone feels cornered and desperate for a diversion or justification.

Unlucky: you found **** all you corrupt ****s.

Without being rude here Dutch, the assesment of who is a risk element is not decided by you or indeed anyone on here, this is decided by the relevant authorities as they go along.. In fact it is known that they "make it up" as they go along. It amazes me that the fsf support this and many on here seem to support them in this. WTF????????
