I have read quite a few threads on the chances of various teams reaching the playoffs. Here are some fixtures to help the debate along. Four teams look well placed for the top 4, Cardiff, Hull, Watford and Palace. Here are the rest of fixtures for the other 6 teams TRYING to make up the last 2 places. CAPITAL letters for HOME games . It is not easy to predict even one result these days (ask our Tipster players !) Take you pick but it does not look easy to pick out TWO from the above. Bolton and Nottm F look to have the form...but who knows ?? Do your own review and see what you get. Remember though that they all can't lose the head to head games ! ======================================================== I will update the thread as games progress and DELETE the teams that DROP OFF !!
I like the look of Bolton's fixtures, which may seem strange seeing as they have to go to Leicester and Cardiff. However, if Cardiff are over the line in the autos (or maybe even champions), then that suddenly becomes much more winnable for their penultimate match. We'll go into our next 5 home matches as favourites, so just hope we can pick up 12-15 points out of those, and the 6th and final home game against Brighton could be a must not lose game. Away from home we have much more winnable games with Ipswich a struggling side, and both Charlton and Brum who have had troubles at home this season (especially the addicks). My prediction for the teams to grab the last 2 spots are Forest and Bolton.
I mentioned on a Leicester thread the other day, lose to Cardiff and probably drop out the top 6 - Last three games for Leicester is probably as hard a run in as they could have possibly got. On paper we have the easiest next four games with three being at home as well.
See TC turning £100 into nothing on the millwall site.If TC THINKS WE HAVE NO CHANCE PUT YOUR MONEY ON US DOING IT.
I'm surprised Cardiff haven't had an end of year screw up this year which drops them out of the top two. I think Cardiff has the top spot no doubt about it. The next few games should be wins for us but you never know. Funny thinking back to the start of the season there's was a thread on who we thought was going to win the league from a month in or so and I said the top two were going to be Hull and Blackpool. How wrong could I have been?
The most significant information is 1 all thge teams have at least 4 6 pointers apart from us with2 2all the teams apart from us have 6 away games to play we have only 4 3I really believe that Boro and Leicester have lost confidence therefore lost momentum for the final push where you need nerves of steel On that basis the 6 spot will be contested by Brighton Bolton and Leeds
