plus as someone said on the radio after the game, another 8 boring 1-0 wins will do nicely. Now is not the time for anything other than wins no matter how boring the game is. I concur.
Where has this idea come from that we're overachieving just because we played poorly on Sky twice? I mean, Cardiff had about 4 games in a row in Jan/Feb that they won by the odd goal by grinding it out rather than opening teams up, yet we all agree they're a pretty decent side. Palace fans can just **** off anyway. They'd be fighting relegation as usual if they didn't get 2 penalties every week. Cheating southern pricks. As for Forest it's hard to call because their form is good but only in games you'd expect them to win. So there's nothing to really judge them on.
Not only have the five games they've won been against the league's weaker teams, but two of them were against ten men and one against nine men. Assuming we can keep everyone on the pitch, we should prove rather sterner opposition.
Will be ok against Forest as long as we keep 11 players on the pitch. They are not used to playing against 11 men.
