I change to reflect my mood. I'm not feeling flash anymore, I feel like an old man with really bad insomnia. Just over 36 hours with no sleep and counting.
thank you Mr Chips Forcing sleep is difficult..but it's all about the breathing. Breathe in deeply and hold it...count to 5..and then breathe out slowly...keep doing that a few times, and then breathe deeply and out without the count in between...you might need to do it a few times, but it will work eventually!
