I wouldn't be suprised if he went to PSG. Another Country to win a league title in. That would make it 5?
Once he's done that then he can move into the UTD job when Fergie retires. Would it be that easy to move from Chelsea to UTD? If he was to fail at Chelsea then his stock in England wouldn't be as high where as its pretty much a given he would win the title at PSG.

I think its fair to say that the top managers would all want a crack at the UTD job so in a way they have to ensure their stock doesn't drop between now and then. In which case rebuilding jobs may not be the best idea. Maybe why Pep opted for Bayern?

 

Pep has only signed a 1 year deal at Bayern, Fergie said he has one or two season's left. i could see Pep at Utd and Mourinho at Chelsea.

 

Yeah thats what i was thinking, but Mourinho could also do the same thing at PSG.
The other thing is City, Mancini has got to be close to getting the boot after this season, even if they win the FA Cup the season will be classed as a failure. If mourinho went there then he would put himself out of contention for the UTD job.

 

That means nothing, Guarfiola has openly stated he doesn't sign contra ts longer than a year, even at barca I believe he was on a 1 year rolling deal

Very sad news. Sports presenter Tony Gubba has died at the age of 69 following a short illness, his family have confirmed.

He's been around since the year dot. Had some association with the South too, if I remember correctly, presenting for Southern TV. Always seemed to be commentating on Saints/Pompey/Cherries matches, in years gone by. He was a stalwart of British sports commentating.

 

Late Kick Off is back again. This season, later than ever. I seem to remember the first series started out on the first weekend in January, of whatever season it was [2010-11..?] and each season it advanced further into the year, with several people asking... Have the BBC dropped it..?

Well, no they haven't, and it is of slight interest to Saints fans these days, as it doesn't generally feature the Premier League sides. But for this season is the Beeb have signed up James Beattie for comments and opinions. I understand he still lives down here and normally drives to and from Accrington Stanley, to play and coach. Well this gives him something else to do:
