I cant wait for Sunday, hopefully a Sunderland team giving us a glimpse of our future and a cracking dog fight at the bottom.

Yellow tag on SSN says that Louis Laing, Craig Lynch and Ryan Noble will all feature, hopefully feature means play from the start.

At CB we have Ned and Mensah fit, cant see Anton being ready and by now Bruce should know if he is keeping Mensah. If he is keeping him then fair enough he could play even though his form would suggest he should not. If we ain’t keeping him then why play him and why have 2 loan players in when one of our own is out, get Laing in.

If ever we had a game for 4-4-2 then this is it, a club in turmoil, manager sacked, just relegated, a no pressure game for us, yes it must be 4-4-2.

If it is 4-4-2 then why play a RB/RW or midfield stand in at CH when 2 specialists strikers, who play together and have some success, are sitting on the bench, lets get them in.

These 3 lads will either be our future, have no future or are not ready to be our future, play them and find out the answer.

Then we have some real heart tuggers at the bottom, MickMacks Wolves, everyones favourites Blackpool, no ones favourites Wigan, who are they Blackburn and SKP’s boys Birmingham. And we think we have had a crap season, how good to enjoy the day without chewing our fingers, happy days.

sure bruce will give them all at least a half each, but don't reckon he will start all 3.

if your not going to the match, what match will everyone be watching?

You never know Syd, Man Utd have the league wrapped up and an upcoming game against Barcelona could force Fergie into giving the kids a run out which could work in Blackpool's favour fingers crossed for them..

On the BC he'll be onto his source LOL

I remember Pye, we had one for years when i was a kid.
We also had a V2000 video recorder, not VHS, V2000 where you could turn the video over and record on both sides, like a music cassette, anyone remember cassettes?

sadly yes, I remember my first tape recorder with the reel of tape. Used to record the top ten on Radio Luxenburg and play it back, was crap but I thought I was the new Jimmy Savell, always been ambitious.

The focal point of our sitting room, when I was a kid, pre school, was not a TV but our radiogram. A massive piece of furniture that when opened up had a radio on one side and record player on the other, multi stack mind. 3 speeds, if I remember right, someone will correct me if I'm wrong, 33 for singles and 78 for albums, thing it was 48 for EP's.

Our first tv when I was a kid was a Bush, black and white of course, 18 inch screen and we watched the 1958 World Cup from Swedan. I was in football heaven and remeber being blown away by the Brazilians and a 17 year old kid called Pele.
