What's all this talk about "ruin"? Surely this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sdPH5gLPKdQ team are favourites to win next season's Champions League.
With all the music threads recently, I'm surprised nobody has made a Ramones reference. Anyways, It's A Long Way Back for Leicester now. Not looking good.
This may come as evil but I called this a year ago and was laughed at on their board. Their arrogance was nauseating, so I'm loving this karma.
Yeah, we've been busy on our board with the likes of Charlie and Rosie's gran. Hope you didn't miss me too much
As I can't open the link on my phone, rather than just post a link maybe someone can paraphrase what its about
It's way too long but basically they're haemorrhaging money and the rate of loss has increased since Nigel took over. Dead man walking. We got a dead man walking.
Someone has looked at their losses since they got relegated from the PL and thrown a few graphs in to make it look more informed. All that is relevent is the figures since the new guys took over, and their stated intention in the accounts to turn the debt to equity. They also appear to have misunderstood the rule blocking money coming from related companies. It poses no threat to the club from a business level, it's just that the money isn't going to be counted as income for working out whether they're operating within the rules or not, and as it's been a loan each time anyway it makes no difference to their figures. Obviously they need to sort out the losses, but in terms of FFP that particular rule doesn't increase their problems.
To be fair, FoxBlogger is absolutely spot on 99% of the time. He's not just some random fan who has spent 10 minutes on the job. He really does know everything about everything to do with Leicester. But this blog of his comes across as scaremongering rather than the presentation of cold hard facts.
No, it hasn't. Don't forget it's last season's losses (and while Nigel did take over in November) which includes Sven's summer spending which involved the likes of £4m Matt Mills.
theres more threads about Leicester on here than on their own site , im surprised they arn't all on here
