    Smithers Correct sir, and the quote from Martin Smith is absolutely correct, concentrate on managing the team, the rest will look after itself.

    I think Coates is saying, "Pulis, my daughter has dog with that name, between you and me it's a right stroppy little thing".

    The Sentinel - 7th March

    Shawx backs manager and accepts players have a responsibilty to perfrom. Nice to see our Captain speaking honestly and I would expect nothing less than him to offer support to TP.

    Robbie Earle's piece on page 43 is interesting and he talks about how long serving managers can be a victim of their own success and sometimes a change can be good to shake things up. However what I found very intersting is that he feels that we may need upto 7 players and that for me highlights the biggest failing of the manager after spending the sums of money he has! He continues;

    "A player such as Adam for example, would be used to playing the ball to the full back then getting it back again to build the play through midfield to the forwards. If, instead, the full back is smashing the ball 60 yards up to a striker (we wish), then Adam might just be tempted to roll his eyes at the prospect of chasing after it."

    Now for me this just reiterates the frustration I have had with not having proper fullbacks and I have viewed this as a fundemental issue in the way we play. More importantly it shows the total ineptitude of the Manager - we have all questioned how TP has tried to play Adam - but these comments just show what a stupid buy he was! Not because Adam is not a good player (we all know what he could do if allowed), but because TP bought a player with proven ability and decided that he would try and change him, in both style and position and then excludes the player when it doesnt work? Its not even like he trys to hide (or fans can justify the purchase) behind the bullshit that he had to buy him in a combo deal like the suggestions around the Tunny and Palcious deals!

    When he bought Adam I thought it was a sign things were changing but Pulis bottled it a for me he has to go, he has failed to make the changes he promised happen he is ruining peoples careers and he is making us a laughing stock. It doesn't matter if we win all our remaining fixtures (fat chance) he has to go.

    F Off up the Vale, F Off up the Vale
    F Off Puuuuuulissssss, F Off up the Vale.

    well lads I dont know what to say anymore, I cant even bare to watch us on the laptop anymore (but I still did today), the team he started with would have struggled in the championship let alone the prem. We had Shotton and Walters as wingers ffs!!! AND AS FOR WHELAN THAT WAS THE WORST PERFORMANCE I HAVE EVER SEEN AS A CENTRAL MIDFIELD PLAYER!!!.. I give up, I dont know if I can keep doing this to myself anymore as its starting to wreck my weekend and im being serious. There is a very small part of me that wants us to get relegated so we can get rid of TP (because thats the only way he will go) and how bad is that?. There are no positives from today and I cant see where the next point is coming from. Pulis has to go, hes a ****ing twat!!, I hope the stadium is full of banners saying Pulis out on Saturday!!. I liked the end of the match where the stokies were shouting "theres only one Lou Macari".

    Pulis ****ing out!!!

    thats what they said on praise and grumble mate and the radio presenters said it was sung after the final whistle, I might have got my wires crossed but my dad was sitting by the side of me and he said thats what he heard too, whether the presenters got it wrong I dont know but thats what they said.

    Just had my usual text from fellow Stokie's who were there today. Garbbage, defend what we have. Then, can't fookin hold out for even a point.

    PULIS OUT and from what I was told quite a few did sing that song fella's. PULIS me thinks you are a dead man walking. Let's bloody hope so, playing the same team that could not beat the Shammers a JOKE. At least I won't be paying to watch this **** next season.

    I wish someone could nail Clueliss's arse to the top of the Boothen End. Kaput!

    Ever heard the saying " The straw that broke the camels back" Today Clueliss just threw a bloody haystack at my mates. They ALL said.

    NO MORE AWAY GAMES till he's gone.
