Now I know this is very early to be discussing it and I'm not planning on making a fuss about it but I had a look at some of the latest kits that have come out (mainly in the MLS) and thought I'd spend a little while on photoshop. Here's what I've got for next year (these are all MLS templates) please log in to view this image please log in to view this image please log in to view this image I think we'll go back to white but the big question is what colour will replace black? , we've had burgundy, dark purple, drk grey, blue... should be interesting. Are there any expected changes with Adidas or cash converters/ or is next season the last?
AH they're already out, will definitely be one of those if the trend follows... hopefully not campeon or toque They may give us something special if it's our last year with them, although I wouldn't hold my breath
If it's someone like Burhda or Patrick it'll be a disaster. I don't buy anything for myself but must spend hundreds on my lad every season. If it's some ultra ****e brand like Macron they won't see a penny from me. Stick with the big boys. Adidas, Nike or Puma.
Call me old fashioned but i dislike the use of all these templates. Every kit in the football league used to be unique and unlike any other. Now it seems teams have a choice of about 10 shirts. Obviously adidas Nike etc won't design each individual teams kit....... Bloody money ruining my dream of having the tiger stripes kit back
Surely Cash Converters would take up their option of an additional year if we got promoted? And probably if we didn't too... given the amount we have been getting on TV now.
Oh, Cash Convertors in the Prem??? That would be embarassing, and on a ****e kit like Macron!! Maybe it would be best if we miss out on promotion until we can get a decent sponsor.
The problem with sticking with adidas or Nike puma etc is the shirt has no soul! Every clubs strip in the football league is nearly identical. Ours and bristol city's for example. I want a shirt the whole nation sees and thinks 'wow'.
Gotta be Nike for me, they do some decent kits these days. usually quite simple but classy. I'm pretty sure at least one of adidas or cash converters will be there next season
I used to like Le Coq Sportif, what happened to them? Shame if Adidas goes. Macron is really crap, would sooner have Tesco make our kits
