    Gary Anderson's A look at the F1 rule changes for 2013

    He seems to have the impression that although the changes are small they'll affect the Red Bull the most, which is probably what the FIA wants in all honesty.

    Da Costa will dominate that this year unless somebody steps up to another level. Only problem with that is he's backed be RBR and Marko on his case.

    Just because he didn't mention Alonso, doesn't mean he's insinuating he's not a great. He didn't mention Senna, Prost, Fangio, Clark, Lauda, Stewart or Brabham either. Doesn't mean he doesn't see them as greats. Plus:
